SOMA + SPIRIT brings together skilled bodywork, subtle energy therapies, and grounded spiritual council, in a session shaped around your needs and intentions. It is an invitation to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and receive care that welcomes the whole of you.
Whether you are welcoming a new solar year or season in your life, seeking support for deeper healing cycles, and or wishing to integrate evolutionary thresholds of experiences — Each 120-minute session is attuned to you and your sacred journey.
We begin in Council, with time to share what is present in your life and listen to what your body is asking for. From this foundation, your treatment draws from Esalen Massage, Deep Bodywork, Craniosacral, Reiki, Somatic Psychotherapy, and Spiritual Council.
Healing elements from nature, such as essential oils and other allies may be gently woven into the session according to your preferences and sensitivities, offering another connection to the nourishment of the living world. Touch, pressure, and pace are guided by your comfort and what feels supportive that day.
Whether you are seeking support to process and metabolize deeper healing aspects of your journey, and or to simply uplift and elevate your system, the SOMA + SPIRIT treatment is guided by the spirit of healing and your intentions to support all levels of your being.
As true healing is a wholistic and winding journey, these sessions intend to care for your mental, emotional, physical & spiritual wellbeing for a deeply cleansing and restorative experience.
Please note, these sessions are booked by appointment and are available in the Ojai Valley and Topanga Canyon areas. To reserve, please purchase here and email to schedule: sacredsomaarts@gmail.com.
