The Beginner’s Pathway of Sacred Energy Work

ROOTED is a foundational Reiki Level One Training that weaves the traditional Usui Reiki system together with the basic study of anatomy and neuroscience, indigenous wisdom and earth-centered practices, somatic psychology and embodied awareness, and nature-based holistic healing.
This immersive experience invites students to reconnect with the wisdom of their own bodies, the living intelligence of the natural world, and the universal life force that flows through all beings.
While grounded in the traditional teachings of Mikao Usui, this course also explores healing through a somatic lens, emphasizing nervous system regulation, presence, intuition, and deep listening. Students learn to experience Reiki not simply as a technique, but as a relationship—with themselves, with others, with the Earth, and with the greater Web of Life.
The ROOTED RADIANCE training series is informed by earth-honoring philosophies and respectfully acknowledges that many cultures throughout the world have long held traditions of energy healing work and reciprocal relationship with the land. Rather than teaching Indigenous spiritual traditions, this course honors these perspectives while remaining rooted in the Usui Reiki lineage.
During this training, participants will:
Receive the Reiki Level I Certification & Attunement
Learn the history and philosophy of the Usui Reiki system
Explore the Five Reiki Precepts as embodied daily practices
Develop sensitivity to energy through somatic awareness
Learn foundational hand positions for self-treatment and offering Reiki to others
Practice grounding, centering, and energy work through connection with the Earth
Explore intuitive perception while remaining anchored in presence and ethics
Cultivate a sustainable Reiki practice that supports physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being for self and others
ROOTED is ideal for those beginning their Reiki journey, wellness practitioners seeking embodied healing tools, therapists interested in integrating mindfulness and nervous system awareness into their work, and anyone longing for a deeper relationship with themselves, the Earth, and the healing power of sacred energy.
No previous experience is required. All are welcome.
